My life has had some tragedies .How you deal with such things determines how much you suffer! One way is to "say it's Not Fair" this adds a personal level and this increases your suffering. The other is to accept your suffering, and concentrate on what you can do rather than on what you can no longer do. This leads to a calm mind.
