How your company or foundation can help?

Brought to you by CARE International

Lendwithcare has a variety of ways for your company or foundation to empower people around the globe through microfinance. Whether it’s a simple grant to support our work, or a sophisticated program to engage your customers and employees, or sponsorship of Lendwithcare - together we can make it happen.

Already having received strong media coverage and celebrity support, a sponsor would benefit from the positive profile and public support generated by Lendwithcare and you will be part of the development of this motivating initiative and be part of its growing success.

We would be delighted to discuss how we can make the most of a partnership for you and for Lendwithcare. For an initial discussion please contact Tracey Horner at [email protected].

Here is what some of our Corporate supporters say about how a relationship with Lendwithcare has enhanced their business:

The Co-operative is proud to be the launch partner of Lendwithcare. When we began our partnership together back in 2011, we had around 1,000 people lending through the initiative. In three years, that grew to over 17,000, with a big part of that growth down to the sheer enthusiasm of our members, customers and colleagues, for the role they could play in helping to transform the lives of micro-entrepreneurs. The partnership with Lendwithcare has been mutually beneficial, contributing towards our tackling global poverty programme, supporting our own stakeholder engagement, and delivering fantastic value in terms of PR coverage. At the same time Lendwithcare has benefited from our communications reach, PR contacts and marketing channels, to help spread the word about Lendwithcare, and CARE International UK, to a mass audience.

Hannah Newcomb, The Co-operative Group.

The Lendwithcare microfinance initiative wholly aligns with Grant Thornton’s own ambition ‘to unlock the potential for growth’. Through its internal sustainability strategy, Lendwithcare lies at the heart of this ambition to unlock growth in developing countries and communities. The concept is blissfully simple, allowing our people to set up individual, business team or whole office lending pots and to have a personal connection to helping fledgling businesses to create a more sustainable society for entrepreneurs themselves, their families and communities alike.

Jayne Brownbridge, Internal Sustainability Executive, Grant Thornton.
