Chenda Yoeurn is 38 years old. He and his wife have been running a farming business since they were adults. At the moment they are farming rice on a land of around two hectares, in order to produce dry season rice. They can get around three tons per hectares of crops to sell. Aside from this rice farming, and after having harvested their dry season rice, they use the land to grow water melons, which make a great income for their family. They intend to earn more income from their rice farming, so they decided to take a loan in order to purchase another plot of land of around two hectares, in order to produce dry season rice. The price of the land is around $1545 per hectare. After that they could farm on a four-hectare land.
