Daniel angel needed £833.33 for his business.
Daniel Silva is self-employed and has a business selling toys. He used to work as a builder but he could not always find employment and he struggled to provide for his family. Therefore, around five years ago, along with his wife, he decided to start a business selling toys. In the beginning they sold cheap toys for US$1, but their profit margins were small. Then, he started to travel to Peru and buy better value items from there. Don Daniel sells his toys at a variety of open market fairs in the city of Loja and also the neighbouring province of Zamora Chinchipe. If two fairs are held simultaneously, then he and his wife travel separately. He reckons they make a profit of around US$430 each month on average, although there are times of the year, such as Christmas, when they can earn more. They have two daughters. Don Daniel has worked hard to pay for his children’s education, build a home and pay for upkeep. Undortunately, around one month ago he was robbed and lost some money. He requested a loan to buy new merchandise to sell, including 100 footballs, 200 car toys and 100 dolls. He expects to repay the loan over 12 monthly installments.
