Baineshope Group needed £1000.00 for their business.
Residing in Baineshope Farm in Goromonzi is a 37-year-old woman named Esther Donadi who runs a thriving tuck shop business at her home. She sells a variety of groceries and cosmetics. She has a deep conviction that working hard helps one to better his or her living standards. She is married to the farm manager. She also helps in taking care of their 4 children. She dedicates her precious time in the day to day running of her tuckshop. Her shop is well known for its affordable pricing strategy. She opens up her tuck shop as early as 5.30 a.m daily and closes up as late as 10p.m. Esther is the sole salesperson and believes that every customer is a king. That is why she is always polite and respectful when talking to her customers. She is an ambitious woman who dreams of growing as an entrepreneur. She always ensures that the tuck shop and its surrounding areas are always neat and tidy by personally cleaning the area.
This has driven Esther to form a group named “Baineshope” together with her 3 friends. They approached Thrive Microfinance seeking a joint loan of $1200, which they were given. She will use her portion to restock more groceries as well as cosmetics for her tuck shop
