Dudzai Group needs just £775.00 to complete their loan
Sekai Boroma is a member of the Dudzai Group. She is a 33-year-old, married and has 2 children. She lives with her family in Whitecliff South Township in Zvimba. She has run a grocery shop for more than 5 years. Ever since she started this business, Sekai has never looked back. She keeps on looking for new ways to grow her business. She has started selling liquefied petroleum gas since most people in the area use the fuel for cooking. This addition has improved her daily incomes and profits. Sekai’s 2 children are going to school in Whitecliff, her husband is a self-employed builder, he receives orders from individuals who stay in Whitecliff,(The township is still new and a lot of construction is still underway). The couple is one of hard working individuals who desire to improve their lives. Sekai and 2 other members of the Dudzai group have applied for a loan. The group has been accessing loans from Thrive Microfinance since 2017 in April. The group has been successful in repaying all their previous loans. Sekai will use her share of the loan to finance both her tuck-shop and gas filling business.
Please note that Zimbabwe is at present going through a severe economic recession and that there is an additional risk that some of the loans might be delayed or defaulted. You can find more information here.
