Angels Group needed £619.72 for their business.
Shamiso Shonhiwa is 36 years old and a member of the Angels group. She is looking to borrow a loan of $200 to invest in her business rearing and selling chickens. This loan will allow Shamiso to buy different batches of chickens which will result in her having a consistent number of chickens to sell and with a consistent number of chickens to sell, she will be able to attract more customers and increase her income. Shamiso has a large number of dependants: her three children, who are all in school, as well as her parents, her siblings and her parents-in-law. In order to be able to provide for all of them, she needs to grow her business and increase her profits. With MicroLoan’s support, Shamiso hopes that she will be able to do this so that she can pay for all her children’s school fees and finish building their half-built house. The Angels group is based near Nyamande in northern Zimbabwe. The five members run businesses in order to be able to provide for their families. With MicroLoan’s support, they will be able to increase their profits and help their families look forward to a future out of poverty.
