Trphne Ndlovhu is a tailor who works near Nyamande in northern Zimbabwe. This loan will allow her to buy a variety of clothes which will help her attract more customers and therefore enable her to increase her profits. She is responsible for providing for her five children, her daughter-in-law, her brother-in-law and her grandchild. Unable to complete her education due to financial constraints, history has begun to repeat itself for her own children. Trphne is determined to make her business a success so her four younger children can finish their schooling so they can get a good job in the future. Her eldest son is now married and has a child and Trphne would like to grow her business so that she can employ him and he can earn an income. As he was not able to finish his education Trphne wants to help him get a job so that his children can grow up with the chance of a brighter future. Trphne is one of the five members of Champion group. For all of them, their businesses bring in a vital income that is essential in allowing them to provide for their families.
