Trphne Ndlovhu is a tailor who works near Nyamande in northern Zimbabwe. This loan will allow her to buy a variety of clothes which will help her attract more customers and therefore enable her to increase her profits. She is responsible for providing for her five children, her daughter-in-law, her brother-in-law and her grandchild. Unable to complete her education due to financial constraints, history has begun to repeat itself for her own children. Trphne is determined to make her business a success so her four younger children can finish their schooling so they can get a good job in the future. Her eldest son is now married and has a child and Trphne would like to grow her business so that she can employ him and he can earn an income.
