Yen needed £432.09 for her business.
At the age of 57, Mrs. Bui Thi Yen lives with many challenges. She has two mature children, both of whom are workers on low incomes.

Mrs. Yen sees the value of diversifying the types of livestock she rears. She intends to rears not only pigs and cows, but also chickens. She undedrstands that the quality of meat of chickens reared in open conditions is always higher than intensively reared birds. This makes it very popular with consumers.
The quality of her produce has led to growing demand from local merchants, so she is requesting a loan of $546 to further expand her farm.
The loan will be used to buy 50 young chicks and poultry feed.
