Peter House Group needed £923.08 for their business.
Tilder Chikono is a member of Peter House group who specializes in selling snacks, drinks, buns and mobile phone credit. She sells at a busy bus terminus and restocks on a daily basis. Her husband helps her to run their small food stall. When it is not so busy at the bus terminus, Tilder goes back home to sell floor polish from her home in Yellow City Marondera. Other times she moves around different communities selling floor polish.
Tilder is 20 years of age and has one child. Her family relies on the income her business generates as her husband’s income is not sufficient to cover all their family’s expenses. Tilder is a very determined individual, one of her wishes is to build her own house and move from her in-law’s place. She is part of a group called Peter House. They are friends who all have the same wishes as Tilder. They received a loan of $1200 and Tilder will use portion to restock snacks and buns to sell at her stall.
Please note that Zimbabwe is at present going through a severe economic recession and that there is an additional risk that some of the loans might be delayed or defaulted. You can find more information here.
