About me

I am fortunate enough to live in the UK. Although I have experienced some difficult times I have never gone hungry or been without a roof over my head. People in third world countries have to work so much harder than we do for the basic necessities of life. My faith in God, and my genuine gratitude for all I have, compels me to help when and where I can. It's a small way but I hope it counts.

Why I lend

The beauty of this scheme is that if you set some money aside once, as it is repaid it can keep being re-loaned, therefore helping more people. I also love the idea of seeing real people in real places and know that I am helping them in some way.
