Fozia Fatima lives in the Badami Bagh district of Lahore. She is 28 years old and married. She lives with her six family members. She has two sons and two daughters. All of her children are studying and she pays all their tuition fees. She is a beautician and runs her beauty parlour from her house. Her husband works in an iron factory and earns 25,000 Rupees (about £145) per month. Unfortunately, her husband has been ill for some months. He has not been able to go to work and their income has suffered while he has not been able to work. Due to this they are barely managing their expenses. After all this she decided to start working. She is a brave and motivated lady, who along with having a basic education is also very hard working. She is currently working very hard to provide a better standard of living for her children as well as providing them with better study resources. She started her parlour about one year ago and invites the women of her locality. She provides different beauty treatments including: threading, facials, hair cutting, hair die, and make up (party, casual, bridal), face washes, and many others. She has gained a good customer base due to her fine beauty work. She wants to buy different beauty products such as; a siting chair and a hair dryer from the Shah Alam Market. For this she has asked for a loan and she will pay it back in 15 installments. She aims to provide better beauty treatments to her customers. Her dream is to send her children onto higher education.
