Loan description:
Misbah Shahzadi is married with three children and lives in the city of Lahore, Pakistan's second largest city. Her husband Muhammad Javaid (pictured with her in the photograph) sells fruit from a pushcart. They only have enough money to send one son to school. Muhammaid Javaid earns around 10,000 rupees per month (around £66) from the business. Together with her husband Misbah decided to take out a loan of 30,000 to use as working capital buying more and better quality fruit to sell over the next few months. They are hoping to increase their monthly income by around 5000-6000 rupees through increased sales.
