Akouvi is 31 and for nearly 6 she has had a shop at the front of her house where she sells school supplies such as paper, books, rulers, chalk and office items. She buys these articles at the main stationary shop in Lome. She employs 1 person. To continue with her business, she decided to apply for a loan from the microfinance institution WAGES. This loan will be used to replenish her stock and to buy new items such as 10 toners for printers.
Akouvi hopes that with this funding, she will be able to contribute to the improvement of her family.
