Loan description:
María Camacho is 32 and a single mother with two daughters who both attend the local school. She is from the small town of Gonzanama. For the past five years she has made a living from running a small shop that sells basic foods such as sugar, rice, cooking oil, and flour. She has over the years expanded the range of items she sells and now runs a popular shop. The father of her children does pay monthly financial support for their children. Doña Maria requested a loan in order to purchase more stock in bulk for her shop – buying in bulk works out much cheaper. The loan is for 15 months.
