Fati is a 34. She is a married woman with five children. The olest is twleve years old and the youngest one is three years old. Four of the children are enrolled in school. Fati lives with her family in the same compound. They are in NIMA quarter in the city of Atakpamé. To feed her family and to contribute to the household expenses she works as a retailer. Her activity consists in selling food products and cereals . Previously she was a tailor but she started this business in 1992. Ten months ago, Fati opened her account with our partner, WAGES and started saving her money there. She wishes to get a loan repayable over a 12 month period in order to buy more goods for sale. She will use this money to buy 10 bags of corn and 15 bags of beans.
