Loan description:
Mousseratou Modjokobo has a haberdashery shop. She is 29 years old, single and lives in the district of Gblinkomé in Lome. She sells various items including buttons, fabrics, zips, needles and threads. Her business is located in the district of Leo 2000, an area undergoing rapid renovation and urbanisation. The area is becoming increasingly attractive and many people are choosing to go and live there. This is one of the reasons Moussouratou located her shop there - she has more and more potential customers. Customers tend to be both individual housewives and specialist tailors. She wanted to buy new stock and requested a loan of 500,000 West African francs repayable over 12 months. Her hope is that her business grows and she can diversify into selling other items.
