Irina Marjanovic is from Doboj in northern Bosnia. She is married and lives with her husband and two children. She raises livestock - she has sheep, pigs and one cow. She sells milk and dairy products from the cow while the pigs and sheep are sold for their meat. Irina and her husband also have some land where they grow maize and clover. She has sought a loan from the microfinance institution 'Women for Women International' in order to clean and prepare land for sowing. This is her second loan from the same institution, she repaid the first without difficulties, and it is repayable over 15 months.
