Carlos Luis Tillaguango is 23 years old and married. His wife is pregnant with their first child. He works as a bricklayer and his wife has a small shop selling general household goods and basic foods. They used to rent but when the economic situation became more difficult they moved back in to live with his wife's parents who have been very helpful. Carlos and his wife have sought a loan in order to buy more stock for their shop. Carlos hopes that in the near future they might be able to buy a plot of land upon which they can start building their own home and leave their parents in laws' house.
