Renata Blazevic is 35 years old and married. She lives with her family in a place called Slipcici in the city of Mostar. She has two small children and her husband works for a local company. But Renata couldn't find a job so she decided to start her own business in farming - she raises pigs and has about 20 at the moment. She is going to sell them to her local butcher's store. She also grows vegetable such as beans, onions, potatoes, tomatoes and salad. She sometimes sells her vegetables on the local market but most of the time her regular customers come to her home to make their purchases. She successfully expanded her business and feels very satisfied with it, especially because it brings in significant income for her family and enables her to provide a better future for her children. Renata received one loan from the microcredit foundation, Women for Women International, and has now applied for another because she needs to buy a tiller for ploughing. Renata is a hard worker and a modest and honest person.
