Loan description:

The married mother of a family with three children, Afi is 37 years old. She lives in the neighbourhood of Lomnava in the town of Atakpamé. Her eldest child is 18 years old and her youngest is 5; all three of her children attend school. Together with her husband who is a trader, she takes care of her children and their wellbeing. Afi launched a business selling high quality cloth and linen from the markets at Gléï, Anié and Atakpamé. Also an established trader in beauty products, Afi now works on her own and has run her business since 1999. With the objective of maintaining turnover and expanding the business, Afi wants to procure a third loan for 450,000 West African francs, which will be repaid in twelve instalments, as was the case with her two previous loans for 150,000 and 200,000 West African francs respectively; she was able to repay both easily. This new loan would allow Afi to expand her stock of cloth and linen upon which she would spend 250,000 and 200,000 West African francs respectively. She would purchase her stock as usual from Lomé. This would also contribute towards Afi’s ambition to establish her own point of sale for her business and would help to ensure a better sense of wellbeing and fulfilment for her family.

Mariée et mère de famille de trois enfants, Afi est âgée de 37 ans et habite le quartier de Lomnava dans la ville d’ATAKPAME. Son premier enfant a 18 ans et le dernier a 5 ans, tous trois sont scolarisés. Ensemble avec son mari revendeur, ils prennent soin de leurs enfants et dans le souci de leur bien être, Afi s’est lancée dans la vente des pagnes et des draps de qualités supérieures qu’elle commercialise dans les marchés de Gléï, d’Anié et d’Atakpamé. Ancienne revendeuse des produits de beauté, Afi travaille aujourd’hui toute seule et ceci depuis 1999. Dans la perspective d’accroissement de son activité et toujours maintenir le cap, Afi souhaite prendre un troisième crédit de 450 000 F CFA remboursable en douze mensualités comme les deux précédents crédits obtenus respectivement de 150 000 F CFA et de 200 000 F CFA qu’elle avait remboursé avec aisance. Ce nouveau prêt servira toujours à Afi pour l’achat des pagnes et des draps respectivement à 250 000 F CFA et à 200 000 F CFA. Pagnes et draps qu’elle achète comme d’habitude à Lomé et tout ceci pour ouvrir un point de vente approprié un jour et assurer un meilleur épanouissement pour sa famille.
